WhatsApp's Two-Step Verification Is Now Available For All

 The most used instant messaging application WhatsApp is rolling out two-step authentication for Android, iOS and Windows users, in order to avoid hacking attempts. Here’s how you can enable it.
Earlier, SMS confirmation was the only way to register existing WhatsApp account to any new device, and the SMS could be sent to all devices registered on your phone. Therefore, two-factor authentication provides a crucial line of defense against criminals.
The company says on the FAQ page for the feature that “This email address will allow WhatsApp to send you a link via email to disable two-step verification in case you ever forget your six-digit passcode, and also to help safeguard your account.”
Moreover, the company stated that it does not verify this email address to confirm its accuracy. Hence, it is distinctly recommended that users make sure that they provide a correct email address so that they don’t end up locked out of their account if they forget their passcode.
To enable two-factor authentication, users need to download the latest version of WhatsApp from the Google Play Store or Windows Store or Apple App Store. After that simply you have to follow this step mentioned below:-
Step 1: Open the app then head over to your account settings in WhatsApp.
Step 2: Now tap on “Two-Step verifications” and tap on “Enable.”
Step 3: Now you need to enter a six-digit password which you’ll be asked for when you register your phone number with WhatsApp.

Step 4: Next, you need to add an email address to your account which can be used to reset your password in case if you forget it.

That’s it! Now Two-step verification is enabled. Now you need to enter the passcode every time you register WhatsApp with the new device.

Now, WhatsApp is introducing and embodying Emojis that were only and selectively available to iOS devices and Android devices running on the latest 7.1 Nougat into devices running any Android OS that supports WhatsApp. However, the update having the new Emojis is currently available in the Beta stage (being tested by certain selected users) but will be released to all users who are not Beta testers as soon a general update is available from WhatsApp.

As the image above reveals, there’s a male chef, a female chef, a male teacher (most likely a high school teacher), a female teacher too, male and female farmers, a male welder, surprisingly there’s a female welder too (not sure I’ve seen one in my life though).
WhatsApp also added emojis of the Buckingham Palace Guards, doctors, male and female construction workers, mechanics and what seem to be images of a boy and girl operating a Mac laptop – I can’t say for sure, but my guess is they’re  programmers or probably just computer operators
Moving on, you don’t have to be running the latest Android 7.1 to try out these emojis as once released, all Android devices running the Android OS and are WhatsApp supported will have these Emojis. The new emojis also shows how much an advocate of equality WhatsApp is – the presence of female versions of all profession emojis affirms the statement.
